Highly pleased and satisfied! I had an emergency with my toilet leaking. I called this business and they said they will come within 2 hours. They showed up a hour early and gave me an estimate and time. Once Nikolai arrived, he discovered that the valve on my toilet wasn’t working which was causing my toilet to continuously run and had to be replaced in addition to the toilet bowl being fixed. After replacing the valve and fixing the bowl, my toilet was running like brand new and I felt secure knowing that I can turn off the water to my toilet at anytime. Also, he realized that my adjustable waterfall shower head wasn’t properly installed and adjusted it for me. I will definitely use this company for future business and recommendations. They are prompt and know what they are doing.

He attended to my issue right away, was available the same day to check it out, gave me a fair quote and was communicative the whole way through. He explained that the p trap needing to be fixed and described the difference of pvc compared to metal and was truly helpful. He also used a snake to unclog the drain. It's hard to find a good and honest plumber and I'm happy we found one.

I encountered a major issue stemming from a minor accident when my underwear accidentally fell into the drain in my master bathroom and got stuck. Despite several attempts, involving the efforts of a plumber and a handyman, no one could retrieve it. A friend loaned me a device equipped with a camera, hook, and flashlight, which he typically uses for maintenance work in airways. I tried using it to retrieve the stuck underwear, but unfortunately, the drain's narrow and winding structure posed a challenge. Then, the Total company proposed cutting the old tube with the underwear inside and replacing it with a new one. I was taken aback by the unexpectedly high price they quoted. Seeking a second opinion, a supervisor and another technician from the Total company arrived with a vacuum-like device. However, after an hour of effort, they couldn't remove the item, leaving the tub dirty with some black scratches. The problem persisted for more than a week, and the solutions offered were either ineffective or too costly, leaving me without a proper shower. In a moment of desperation, I contacted Nikolayi, who promptly arrived on the same day. To my surprise, he swiftly resolved the problem that had stumped everyone else. With his expertise and a touch of humor, he managed to fix the drain in just 20 minutes. His professionalism and skill set him apart from the others who had tried and failed. Great service! Called AAA Plumbing about a toilet that was not working, Nikolay came several hours later to see what the problem was. Said he needed to get a part, next day he texted that he had the part to fix it and came to house and fixed right away.

I hired AAA plumbing to replace the water heater in my vacation condo and to install a Flo smart water valve. They came right away, did a great job, and charged a fair price. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing work in Miami Beach!

We called AAA Plumbing & Rooter Service because we had a water leak in our toilet water supply line but could not tell exactly where the leak was. The call was an emergency call after hours. Shutting of the water shut off valve did not stop the leak and we could not leave it leaking overnight. They responded right away and said they would be here in 20 minutes. They showed up right away. After replacing the water line and the water shut off valve he determined that the leak was just beyond the valve, in the PVC pipe extending into the wall. He cut the pipe at the crack and said I would need a special shut off valve connector. After installing the new valve the leak stopped and we can use our toilet again. AAA Plumbing & Rooter Service was very professional, we were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to fix any plumbing problems they may have.
